We’re Jimmy and Nancy Zugschwert—known to most as Jimmy & Nancy Z—and after nearly 40 years of marriage, raising four sons, have careers, building (and rebuilding) businesses, and walking through seasons of joy, loss, hustle, and healing—we’re still wildly in love with each other and the work God’s called us to do together.

Jimmy is an author, sales strategist, speaker, and leadership mentor with a heart for growth through relationships.

Nancy is a mentor, communicator, and licensed purpose coach who equips women and leaders to speak with confidence and connect with purpose.
